Jennifer Jhun’s work is in the philosophy of science, especially economics. Her current research project focuses on the construction and use of models in economic practice, especially where it intersects with policymaking such as in antitrust analysis. In addition to philosophy of economics, she maintains a wide range of interests including topics in philosophy of physics, philosophy of measurement, and early modern philosophy. She is also a co-host of Smith and Marx Walk Into A Bar: A History of Economics Podcast.

Jhun is Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Duke University, where she is also a Faculty Fellow at the Center for the History of Political Economy.
