Interests include literature and philosophy; literature and theology; British high modernist poetry; history of criticism; interpretation; analogy; skepticism; theatricality.

My dissertation project compares the work of poet and print-maker David Jones with that of poet and dramatist W. H. Auden. Other projects involve, in various combinations, John Henry Newman, Gerard Manley Hopkins, Thomas Hardy, W.B. Yeats, T. S. Eliot, and Geoffrey Hill.
